Core Responsibilities
- Process Monitoring & Control: Operate the DCS console to monitor and control critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH, flow rates, and levels.
- Batch Manufacturing Support: Execute batch manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Workplace (SHE) standards, including safe handling of hazardous chemicals and maintaining 5S practices.
- Field Coordination: Coordinate with field operators for equipment start-up, shutdown, troubleshooting, maintenance, and plant isolation activities.
- Documentation & Logging: Maintain accurate and real-time operational records, including raw material usage, weights, and process parameters in the system/database.
- Troubleshooting:



Identify process deviations and take prompt corrective actions to resolve operational issues and emergency situations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation or related field, or ITI - AOCP.
- Experience: 1-5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing (API, formulation, or pilot plant).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with DCS systems (e.g., Yokogawa, Siemens), SCADA, and basic knowledge of PLC systems.
- Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with plant equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, and utility systems.
- Key Attributes: Willingness to work in shifts, strong attention to detail, quick decision-making under pressure, and good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
