Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Handle large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel / Google Sheets:
- Use Pivot Tables, formulas, and data tools for analysis and reporting
- Identify trends, gaps, and insights from data to support business decisions
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate data
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks where possible
- Ensure timely delivery of reports to management

Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel / Google Sheets:
- Proficiency in:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Cleaning & Validation




- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field:
- Experience working with MIS/reporting roles
- Basic understanding of business operations and data flow

Experience
- 1-4 years in MIS / Data Reporting / Operations role

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
