Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring all details are correctly captured.

Coordinate with sales, estimation, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow.

Verify order specifications (sizes, materials, finishes, hardware) against quotations and drawings.

Prepare order confirmations and communicate timelines to clients.

Track order status and proactively update stakeholders on progress.

Resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders, materials, or delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate records of orders in ERP/CRM systems.

Support invoicing and documentation for dispatch and delivery.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
