Key Responsibilities
- Instruction & Coaching: Plan and deliver structured swimming lessons for students from Kindergarten to Class X, focusing on stroke technique, breathing, and water safety.
- Safety & Lifeguarding: Maintain constant vigilance of the pool area to prevent accidents. Ensure all poolside safety protocols and emergency procedures are strictly followed.
- Curriculum Development: Develop a progressive swimming curriculum that aligns with the school’s physical education goals.
- Competitive Training: Identify and train talented students for inter-school, district, and state-level swimming competitions.
- Facility Management: Monitor pool water quality (pH and chlorine levels) and ensure the swimming area and changing rooms are clean and organized.
- Student Assessment: Maintain records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school administration.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage the annual school swimming gala and other aquatic events.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed)



or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications:
- Valid Swimming Coaching certification from a recognized national or international body (e.g., SAI, NIS).
- Lifeguard Certification and First Aid/CPR certification (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience coaching children in a school or professional club environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the four primary competitive strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with young students and parents.
- High level of patience and the ability to motivate students who may have a fear of water.
- Disciplined, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional standard of conduct.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
