About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Service Associates. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth guest experience, and maintaining high service standards at the cinema.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner
- Guide customers regarding ticket bookings, show timings, and services
- Handle food & beverage service efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
- Support team members in daily operations

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers are welcome to apply




- Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi)
- Presentable personality and positive attitude
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
