We are currently hiring for Customer service executive Freight Forwarding.

Location: Nashik

Customer Service & Shipment Management
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers and support customer onboarding.
- Manage end-to-end shipment coordination including booking, documentation, customs clearance, operations, and finance.
- Share vessel schedules and shipment updates with customers.
- Create and maintain estimates, buy/sell rates, customer orders, jobs, and transportation details in ERP.
- Coordinate booking requests, track container pickup, and update container and VAS service details in ERP.
- Ensure timely receipt of Shipping Instructions (SI) before cutoff and maintain shipment documentation.
- Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment activities, including nomination shipments with agents as per agreed terms.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and resolve customer invoice disputes.

CHB Documentation
- Coordinate with customers for shipment invoices, certification requirements, and KYC documentation,



including customs registration for current shippers.
- Prepare and share invoices, VGM copies, and documentation with CHA, booking, and internal teams.
- Send checklists and draft certificates (Phyto, AIFTA/IMCECA, GSP, fumigation, etc.) to customers for approval and coordinate with agencies for issuance.
- Provide BL draft instructions, obtain BL first print approval, and coordinate with the BL team for finalization.
- Share SB numbers, LEO copies, and clearance updates with BL, customs, and Form-13 teams.
- Prepare and circulate daily container and shipment reports with invoice, SB, seal, container, and transport details.
- Manage documentation amendments and corrections (Shipping Bill, BL, certificates) with relevant agencies and teams.
- Coordinate for examination reports, stuffing photos/videos, and other compliance requirements for customs clearance.
