Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Telecaller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers with hearing aid inquiries. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and converting inquiries into consultations or sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Calling
- Handle inbound calls from leads generated through digital campaigns, website, and referrals
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Follow up on leads regularly as per defined TAT

2. Customer Consultation
- Understand customer concerns related to hearing issues
- Explain hearing aid types, features, and advantages in simple language
- Guide customers on booking appointments, demos, or clinic visits

3. Sales Conversion
- Convert inquiries into appointments or direct sales




- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and packages
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services

4. Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
- Update lead status and remarks after every interaction

5. Coordination
- Coordinate with clinic staff / audiologists for appointments
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales or clinical team

6. Customer Experience
- Maintain polite, patient, and empathetic communication (especially with elderly customers)
- Handle objections and queries effectively
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Key Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English and Marathi or Gujarati (regional language is a plus)
- Strong persuasion and listening skills
- Ability to handle elderly or sensitive customers with patience
- Basic understanding of sales process and customer handl
