Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture professional photographs during:
- Political rallies, press conferences, and public events
- Meetings, field visits, and constituency engagements
- Campaign activities and behind-the-scenes moments
- Develop visual storytelling aligned with political messaging and branding
- Edit, retouch, and deliver high-quality images within tight deadlines
- Coordinate with:
- Social Media Team
- PR & Communications Team
- Campaign Managers
- Maintain a well-organized digital archive of images
- Ensure all content adheres to party guidelines, public image standards, and media protocols
- Be available for travel and flexible working hours, including weekends and late hours during campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Media, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in:
- Event photography
- Political / news / media coverage (highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:




- DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lenses
- Lighting techniques (natural & artificial)
- Editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Robust attention to detail and creativity
- Understanding of political sensitivity, confidentiality, and media ethics

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with political campaigns, government bodies, or media houses
- Basic videography and reel creation skills
- Knowledge of social media content formats and trends

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
