Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle major customer complaints and escalations
- Improve service quality and response time

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track service KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), and resolution rates
- Analyze service data and prepare management reports
- Implement corrective actions based on performance insights

Budgeting & Cost Control
- Manage service department budgets and expenses




- Optimize service costs without compromising quality
- Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and service revenue

Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation
- Implement new tools, technologies, and service systems
- Enhance efficiency and service delivery standards

Coordination & Logistics
- Coordinate with sales, production, and supply chain teams
- Ensure availability of spare parts and service resources
- Manage service logistics and field operations

Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards
- Maintain service quality benchmarks and audit compliance

Business Growth Support
- Support business expansion through solid service networks
- Develop AMC/service contracts and revenue streams
- Strengthen brand reputation through excellent service

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
