Job Title: Sales Executive - FMCG Sector

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the FMCG sector. The role involves managing distributor relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective product placement and visibility across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at retail outlets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Execute promotional activities and trade schemes effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and market feedback
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies




- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of local markets and distribution networks
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
