Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic individual to manage the day-to-day operations of CPT EazyMart and our newly launched Juice Point. You will be the face of the store, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience and serving high-quality, healthy juices.

Key Responsibilities1. Juice Point Operations
- Preparation: Prepare juices and healthy drinks according to the established menu and preparation guide.
- Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness of the juice stall, equipment (juicers, blenders), and serving area.
- Inventory: Track daily stock of fresh fruits and ingredients; report shortages immediately.

2. Store Management (CPT EazyMart)
- Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers and assist them in finding grocery items.
- Billing & POS: Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
- Shelf Management: Ensure products are neatly arranged, correctly priced, and that "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) is followed for perishables.
- Order Fulfillment:



Assist in picking and packing items for local delivery orders.

3. Maintenance & Reporting
- Keep the entire storefront (inside and outside) clean and inviting.
- Provide a simple daily sales report (closing stock vs. cash collected).

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or a food/beverage outlet is a plus, but freshers with a willing-to-learn attitude are welcome.
- Skills: Basic math for billing and the ability to use a smartphone/POS system.
- Communication: Friendly demeanor with the ability to speak fluently in Telugu.
- Reliability: Punctuality is critical for morning setup.
