We're hiring a reliable Telephone Operator to manage high-volume calls, ensure seamless client connections, and maintain accurate records in our fast-paced visa consultancy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls professionally.
- Understand caller needs and route to the right team member.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports.
- Cross-check inquiries in CRM; ensure all calls connect to clients.
- Follow up on callbacks within specified timelines.
- Uphold decorum and efficiency in the telephone department.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong team player with attention to detail.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
