Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with registrations and appointments
- Manage front desk operations and patient flow efficiently
- Handle calls, queries, and coordination with departments
- Maintain accurate patient records and billing support

Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (hospital/LIS experience preferred)
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
