Job Role & Responsibilities
- Perform sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, etc.).
- Prepare standard solutions, reagents, and ensure proper storage of chemicals.
- Conduct stability studies and maintain accurate records as per SOPs.
- Review and document analytical reports, test results, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, ISO, FSSAI, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and control documentation including SOPs, protocols,



batch records, and specifications.
- Support internal audits, external inspections, and regulatory compliance programs.
- Handle deviations, change controls, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality procedures, safety practices, and documentation standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory and quality systems.

Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.pharma / M.Pharma.
