Primary Objective -

Support and coordinate all preconstruction activities for ongoing projects, ensuring smooth execution of design, permitting, and consultant coordination, while maintaining schedule, documentation, and alignment across teams.

Role Overview -

This role focuses on coordinating day-to-day preconstruction activities for housing as well as data center and similar projects, working closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely progress, explicit communication, and structured execution. The position is execution-driven and supports project delivery by managing coordination, tracking progress, and resolving bottlenecks across design, permitting, and approvals.





Key Responsibilities -

1. Coordinate preconstruction activities across design, permitting, and consultant teams for active projects.

2. Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.

3. Track project progress, submissions, approvals, and dependencies across all preconstruction stages.

4. Maintain centralized trackers for drawings, submissions, RFIs, approvals, and responsibilities.

5. Follow up with consultants and agencies to ensure timely responses and progress.

6. Identify delays, risks, and coordination gaps and escalate appropriately.

7. Track and update cost impact of all design, permitting, and scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.

8. Analyze design options and provide cost comparisons to support value engineering and decision-making.

9. Support preparation and submission of permit documents and track approval cycles.
