Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls
- Assist in converting leads into admissions
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and interactions
- Coordinate with counseling and sales teams
- Manage communication through WhatsApp and other channels
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools




- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
