Job Summary:
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing the production, quality control, and site execution of PCC (Precast Cement Concrete) poles. The role involves ensuring adherence to design specifications, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with production and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise manufacturing of PCC poles as per IS standards and design specifications
- Ensure proper mix design, batching, casting, curing, and finishing of poles
- Monitor quality control processes and conduct regular inspections
- Check raw materials like cement, aggregates, and steel for quality compliance
- Ensure proper alignment, reinforcement placement, and mould preparation
- Coordinate with production team for daily output and planning
- Maintain production records, quality reports, and testing data
- Conduct load testing and strength checks of PCC poles
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of PPE in the factory




- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site teams for dispatch and installation
- Handle troubleshooting in production or structural issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in PCC poles / precast concrete / construction industry
- Knowledge of IS codes related to concrete and structural design
- Understanding of mix design, curing methods, and quality control
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and site management skills
- Positive communication and team coordination ability

Salary:
As per industry standards (based on experience)

Plant Head / Project Manager

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
