Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewelry based on their preferences
- Explain product features, pricing, and designs
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing and basic cash/POS transactions
- Maintain showroom display and cleanliness standards
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Support inventory management and stock checks
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
- Experience: 0-2 years in retail sales (jewelry experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a pleasant personality
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/POS)
- Language: Tamil (mandatory), Basic English (preferred)
