Job Description:
Role Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic Field Sales Interns to drive app downloads and user acquisition through on-ground activities. You will interact directly with potential users, promote the app, and encourage downloads and sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned areas (colleges, offices, public places, local markets) to promote the app
- Explain app features, benefits, and usage to potential users
- Assist users in downloading and installing the app on their devices
- Achieve daily/weekly download targets
- Conduct product demos and answer user queries
- Gather user feedback and report insights to the team
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, QR codes, etc.)
- Maintain daily reports of interactions and conversions

Requirements:




- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with new people
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Prior sales/marketing experience is a plus (not mandatory)
