Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualization: Develop, brainstorm, and strategize creative concepts for campaigns and materials, including logos, flyers, and digital assets.
- Design Execution: Create, edit, and finalize layouts, typography, and images using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual materials are consistent with company or client branding guidelines and marketing goals.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, editorial, or creative teams to turn ideas into engaging visual content.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to final production, meeting tight deadlines.
- Revisions: Review, edit, and improve drafts based on stakeholder or client feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)



and familiarity with design technologies.
- Visual Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating illustration, photography, or comprehensive graphic design work.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to discuss, articulate, and refine design ideas.
- Education: A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is often preferred.

Common Qualifications
- Experience with branding and corporate identity.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to handle constructive criticism.
- Familiarity with web design, HTML/CSS, or motion graphics is a plus.
