Role: Merchant Onboarding Executive
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new merchants in assigned areas
- Explain product benefits, complete KYC and documentation
- Train merchants on app usage and ensure successful activation
- Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets
- Resolve initial queries and build strong merchant relationships

What we’re looking for:
- 0-3 years experience in field sales, onboarding, or BTL marketing
- Good communication skills in local language + basic English
- Owns a smartphone and two-wheeler preferred
- Target driven with a problem solving mindset
