Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical training on welding processes (Arc Welding, MIG, TIG, Gas Welding, etc.)
- Develop session plans, training materials, and practical exercises as per curriculum
- Demonstrate welding techniques, equipment handling, and safety practices
- Assess trainee performance through theory tests and practical evaluations
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training documentation
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of welding equipment and workshop
- Follow guidelines of NSDC/SSC and maintain training quality standards
- Support placement activities such as mock interviews and employer coordination
- Ensure discipline, safety, and housekeeping in the training Institute
- Assist during audits, inspections, and compliance reporting

Required Qualifications:
- ITI in Welder Trade / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Certified Trainer (preferred under relevant Sector Skill Council)

Experience:




- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in welding or training
- Hands-on experience in multiple welding techniques (MMAW, MIG, TIG, Gas Welding)
- Experience in skill development projects (PMKVY/DDU-GKY/CSR) preferred

Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of welding processes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with welding equipment and tools
- Knowledge of safety standards and PPE usage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
