Education Counselor
- Identification & understanding of the students' needs and counseling students to select appropriate study programs as per their interests.
- Provide study information, admission requirements, and visa process.
- Do profile assessments of interested students and give course options by short-listing Universities matching their profiles.
- Communicate with the target audience and manage the customer relationship.
- Effective & regular follow-up with students using different channels of communication.
- Guide students through resolving queries on a quick and urgent basis.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the student database regularly.
Positive communication skills are a must *
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
