Role Overview
We are looking for a serious and execution-focused content creator who can handle Instagram and YouTube end-to-end.

This is not a basic editing job.
This role requires thinking, execution, and ownership.
- You need daily instructions for everything
- You only know editing but cannot think content
- You are doing this casually or as a side activity
- You are not comfortable being on camera or shooting

Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for:
- Instagram (Reels, Posts, Stories)
- YouTube (Shorts + Long Videos)
- Shoot videos (mobile/camera)
- Edit videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Write hooks, scripts, captions
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for content creation
- Maintain daily content consistency
- Improve content based on performance

Daily Output Expectation
- Minimum 2 Reels per day
- 1-2 YouTube Shorts




- 1 long video per week

Required Skills:
- Positive English + Hinglish communication
- Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube content
- Video shooting and editing skills
- Ability to think and execute independently
- Basic understanding of trends, hooks, and storytelling
- Comfortable using AI tools for content

Preferred (Bonus)
- Experience in edtech or education content
- Understanding of student audience (18-27 age group)
- Knowledge of analytics (views, engagement)

Performance-Based Growth
This role is performance-driven.
Salary growth and incentives will be based on:
- Content output consistency
- Improvement in reach and engagement
- Contribution to lead generation
