Job Title: Salesforce FSL Consultant / Specialist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

FSL Setup & Configuration
- Configure FSL modules including Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Work Types
- Define Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Resource Availability
- Set up Skills, Resource Preferences, and assignment rules
- Implement and fine-tune scheduling policies

Scheduling & Optimization
- Manage and enhance Dispatcher Console
- Handle advanced scheduling use cases
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts/issues

Field Mobility Solutions
- Configure and support Salesforce FSL Mobile App
- Ensure smooth technician experience with offline capabilities
- Improve usability and field execution workflows

Integration & Data Handling
- Work with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Ensure seamless data flow and consistency
- Handle data migration, validation, and cleansing





Production Support
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues
- Participate in deployments and release cycles

Stakeholder Interaction
- Gather business requirements and translate into solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Suggest improvements and best practices

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with solid FSL exposure
- Hands-on experience in:
- FSL Data Model
- Scheduling & Dispatch
- Service Territories & Resources
- Good understanding of:
- Salesforce Flows
- Apex (basic to intermediate)
- Experience in Service Cloud

Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification
- Experience in system integrations
- Knowledge of mobile workforce management solutions
