Job Title: Student Visa Counselor

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, including country selection, courses, and universities.
- Provide accurate guidance on visa processes for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, etc.
- Assist students in preparing and reviewing visa documentation (SOP, financials, academic documents).
- Stay updated with visa rules, immigration policies, and embassy requirements.
- Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for visa interviews.
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Guide students on pre-departure requirements and documentation.
- Manage and track all payments, including fee collection, receipts,



and coordination with accounts.
- Handle clients and parents independently in the absence of senior staff, ensuring transparent communication and trust-building.
- Provide post-visa support and maintain long-term relationships with students and families.

Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Knowledge of visa processes and documentation
- Ability to handle clients and parents confidently
- Basic understanding of payment handling and coordination

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
