Job Responsibility:
- Operate assigned machines as per approved SOPs and production plans
- Set up machines, including roll settings, tooling, dies, and guides
- Load coils / raw materials and unload finished components safely
- Monitor machine performance, speed, alignment, and output quality
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish of products
- Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance
- Identify and report breakdowns, abnormalities, or safety risks
- Maintain daily production, rejection, and downtime records
- Follow safety norms, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams

Safety & Compliance
- Follow all statutory safety guidelines and company safety policies
- Ensure machine guards, emergency stops, and safety devices are active
- Report near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately

Experience:Minimum 2 - 5 year Hands-on experience in PEB / Roofing / Steel manufacturing machines.

Technical Competencies:



Ability to read job cards, drawings, and production schedules

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Awareness of quality standards and safety practicesIndustries: Construction: Pre Engineered Building, Manufacturing

Educational Qualification

(Minimal Required)

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production (preferred)

Duration & nature of past experience required

(Minimal Required)

2-5 years of relevant machine operation experience

Competencies

Site exposure for roof crimping and crane operation is an advantage

Ability to read job cards, drawings, and production schedules

Salary Range

10k - 12k take home + Other benefits

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
