About the Role

Civilarch is hiring an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to engage prospects through outbound and inbound calls, qualify leads, schedule consultations, and generate sales opportunities for the sales team.

Job Responsibilities - Telesales Executive:
Outbound & Inbound Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries professionally. Introduce Civilarch’s services and generate interest.

Lead Qualification

Assess client requirements, budgets, timelines, and seriousness of intent to qualify prospects effectively.

Appointment Scheduling

Schedule site visits or consultation meetings for field sales or in-house sales executives.

Script & Communication Management

Use structured sales scripts while maintaining natural and engaging communication. Adapt messaging based on customer responses.

Follow-up & Nurturing

Maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads to keep prospects engaged and move them toward conversion.

CRM Updates

Record call details,



follow-up dates, lead status, and remarks accurately in CRM.

Target Achievement

Meet daily call targets, qualified lead targets, and appointment-setting goals.

Objection Handling

Address customer concerns clearly and confidently. Escalate complex queries to senior sales members when required.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Track call metrics including connection rate, qualification rate, and appointment conversion rate.

Collaboration

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion effectiveness.

Professional Development

Continuously improve communication skills, product knowledge, and tele-selling techniques.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
