Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the UK and Europe region.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring requirements.

- Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

- Conduct recruiter screening interviews and coordinate the interview process.

- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Negotiate offers, manage offer rollouts, and support onboarding activities.

- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company hiring policies across the UK and European markets.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6+ years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to UK and European hiring.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends.

- Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.

- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of UK and European employment practices and recruitment compliance requirements.

- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
