Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions within IT services & consulting industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, clients, and internal teams to understand their talent requirements.
- Conduct and track 30-60-90 day reviews for new hires.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Ensure pre-onboarding formalities and BGV are completed correctly.
Job Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition with a focus on senior-level roles.
- Ability to identify key behavioural traits and assess cultural fit
- Robust understanding of the IT services & consulting industry landscape, including current trends and market developments.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
