Role Description The Senior Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations to support Esse India’s service delivery, with a particular focus on efficient resource planning and vendor management. This full-time, on-site role is based in Canada and involves managing demand planning, inventory levels, procurement activities, and supply management processes related to operational and administrative needs.

The role includes analyzing data to forecast requirements, optimizing stock and service-related materials, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of resources.

The Senior Supply Chain

Manager will also develop and implement supply chain strategies, monitor performance metrics, mitigate risks,



and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaboration with finance, operations, and leadership teams is expected to align supply chain decisions with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong demand planning and forecasting skills with the ability to align supply with service requirements.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, build reports, and support strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in supply management and procurement, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Proficiency in inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste or shortages.
- Experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ideally in a services or consulting setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CPSM) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and driving process improvements.
- Comfort with ERP or supply chain management software and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
