Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Steward to join our Food & Beverage Service team at The Renai Cochin.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide stewards during daily operations.
- Ensure proper table setup, service, and clearing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist in providing efficient and courteous service to guests.
- Coordinate with the F&B; Service team and other departments.
- Monitor service equipment, cutlery, crockery, and other operational requirements.
- Handle guest requests professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards and food safety procedures.

Requirements





- Previous experience as a Steward/Senior Steward in a hotel or restaurant.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to supervise and work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic food & beverage service standards.
