Role Description

Role Summary The OIC PaaS Integration Lead will own endtoend integration delivery leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud OIC and Oracle PaaS services The role includes solution design build testing deployment support readiness and stakeholder governance for integrations between Oracle Fusion SaaS ERPHCMSCM and externalonpremcloud systems

This position requires solid technical leadership integration architecture skills and the ability to manage delivery outcomes risks and timelines

Key Responsibilities

1 Integration Architecture Solution Design

Lead integration architecture using OIC defining patterns for realtime batch and eventdriven integrations

Design integrations using oREST SOAP APIs filebased integrations FTPSFTP middleware patterns oCanonical models mapping standards errorhandling patterns

Define integration standards naming conventions reusable components and design templates

2 OIC Development Delivery

Buildlead development of integrations using oApp Driven Integrations oScheduled Integrations oOrchestrations endtoend flows

Develop and manage oConnections Adapters ERP Cloud Adapter REST Adapter FTP Adapter SOAP Adapter Database Adapter etc oMappings Lookups XSLT data transformations enrichment logic oFault handling retries resubmissions and endtoend logging

3 Oracle Fusion SaaS Integration ERPHCMSCM

Drive integration design for Oracle Fusion using oFBDI bulk data loads oBIP Reports Extracts oWeb Services SOAPREST public APIs

Ensure correct usage of Oracle Fusion security roles privileges service users for integration accounts

4 API Management Security Compliance

Implement API security OAuth2 Basic Auth where allowed certificates key management

Ensure compliance with enterprise security controls oData masking where needed oEncryption in transit and at rest

Collaborate with security teams for IAM approvals whitelisting and network access

5 Testing Cutover Deployment

Own integration testing lifecycle oUnit testing SIT support UAT support performance testing





Support cutover oDeployment readiness migration plans rollback strategy oEnvironment promotion DEV TEST UAT PROD

Define monitoringing strategy and operational runbooks

6 Operational Support AMS Readiness

Establish L2L3 support model and documentation oIntegration inventory interface specs monitoring dashboards oRunbooks SOPs known errors resolution playbooks

Reduce integration incidents by implementing strong observability and preventive controls

7 Leadership Stakeholder Governance

Lead a team of OIC developers conduct reviews and guide best practices

Drive technical discussions with business functional leads and client IT teams

Proactively manage oDelivery risks dependencies integration SLAs milestone reporting

Provide accurate estimates work planning and progress reporting to PMPMO

Mandatory Skills Must Have

Strong handson experience with Oracle Integration Cloud OIC design build deployment

Solid experience in integration patterns and middleware concepts

Expertise in oRESTSOAP Web Services oJSONXML transformations mapping oFault handling and endtoend logging

Integration experience with at least one of oOracle Fusion ERP HCM SCM oExternal systems Banks HR tools 3PL CRM legacy apps

Strong documentation skills interface specs mapping sheets runbooks

Positive To Have Preferred Skills Experience with Oracle PaaS services such as oATPDB Object Storage OCI Vault if applicable

Exposure to oEventdriven integrations messaging where applicable oDevOps concepts release automation CICD

Knowledge of performance tuning and integration scaling concepts

Oracle certifications preferred oOIC Integration certifications OCI foundations
