? Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to take ownership of enterprise platform architecture and delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine hands-on development with strategic architecture, with a robust focus on maximizing out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities and delivering scalable, well-governed solutions.

? Key Responsibilities
- Define ServiceNow architecture, standards, and best practices
- Lead development across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, and CSM
- Maximize use of OOTB capabilities and extend only when necessary
- Design and build integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub
- Own CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM alignment
- Develop workflows, automations, and reusable components
- Mentor developers and guide distributed delivery teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Ensure platform performance, scalability,
and governance• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards

? Required Skills
Must-have:
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Professional English fluency (written and spoken)
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Proven experience as Architect or Lead on enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- Strong ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript, Glide API)
- ITSM and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- CMDB, Asset Management (HAM/SAM Pro)
- IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Service Portal / UI Builder
- REST/SOAP integrations and API design
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
