Location: Bengaluru,Hyderabad,Pune
JD:
- 7.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development/architecture.
- Strong expertise in App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Scoped Applications.
- Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search and Now Assist.
- Strong knowledge of GenAI, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI and RAG.
- Experience with REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth and SAML.
- Solid architecture, client handling, team leadership and communication skills.
