We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Senior SEO Analyst with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end SEO knowledge and be capable of independently managing SEO strategies, execution, analysis, and optimization for multiple projects.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, and overall search visibility.

- Conduct keyword research, keyword mapping, search intent analysis, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and identify new SEO opportunities.

- Perform complete website audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site structure, URLs, redirects, canonicalization, sitemaps, page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, and structured data.

- Optimize website content, metadata, headings, URLs, images, internal linking, landing pages, and overall site structure.

- Develop SEO content strategies and provide SEO briefs and recommendations to content teams.

- Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies, including backlink analysis, competitor research, outreach, citations, directories, and brand mentions.

- Manage Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization, as well as International SEO requirements such as regional targeting and hreflang where applicable.

- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other relevant tools.

- Track rankings, organic traffic, impressions, CTR, conversions, indexing, backlinks, and other key SEO metrics.





- Identify and troubleshoot ranking and traffic drops and implement appropriate corrective strategies.

- Coordinate with Content, Development, Design, Performance Marketing, and other teams to ensure effective implementation of SEO strategies.

- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans.

- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SERP changes, AI search, AEO, GEO, and emerging SEO trends.

- Take ownership of assigned SEO projects and ensure timely execution and measurable results.

- Guide and support junior SEO team members when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in SEO.

- Strong knowledge of SEO strategy, keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, link building, Local SEO, and International SEO.

- Ability to independently manage multiple SEO projects from strategy to reporting.

- Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, search intent, crawling, indexing, SERPs, and algorithm updates.

- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

- Working knowledge of WordPress/CMS, HTML, CSS, website structure, and Schema Markup.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

- SEO/Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.

COMPENSATION

- Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹45000 per month (Based on skills and performance)

WORK SCHEDULE

- Shift: Day shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

- Working Days: Monday to Friday

- Location: Kadavanthara

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
