Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement business rules.
- Develop complex workflows, integrations, and automation scripts using Flow feature in ServiceNow.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of projects by adhering to project timelines and deliverables.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ServiceNow development.
- Solid understanding of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) concepts and its integration with other systems.
- Proficiency in developing UI policies, flows, and integrations using ServiceNow's out-of-the-box features.
