Staff Nurse Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and comfort.
- Clinical Procedures: Administer medications, injections, and blood transfusions; perform wound dressing and assist with medical/surgical procedures.
- Monitoring & Assessment: Perform regular patient rounds, monitor vital signs (,, , ), and identify changes in conditions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) of patient histories, treatments, and recoveries.
- Collaboration & Education: Work with doctors and the healthcare team; educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe,



sterile environment; comply with infection control, legal regulations, and hospital policies.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Valid and active nursing registration/license in the state of practice.
- Experience: Proven clinical experience as a staff nurse 0-2 years preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-stress situations.
