Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about academic programs
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, admissions, fees, and schedules
- Explain course details, curriculum, advantages, and career opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads for the admissions or counselling team
- Schedule appointments or counselling sessions with academic counsellors
- Maintain and update student databases, call logs, and enquiry records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Address queries, concerns, and objections professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
