Eligibility Criteria (As per UGC / University of Mumbai norms)
- Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks:
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline
- Appropriate API Score as per UGC regulations
- Prior experience as Principal of a Degree College is mandatory

- Curriculum planning and academic quality enhancement
- Faculty mentoring, development, and performance management
- Promoting research, innovation, and outcome-based education
- Ensuring students become industry-ready professionals

Administrative Leadership
- Overall college administration and governance
- Compliance with University, UGC, and regulatory norms
- Handling permissions, affiliations,



inspections, and audits
- Budgeting, planning, and institutional development

Student & Community Development
- Student development initiatives and mentoring systems
- Building solid industry tie-ups for internships and placements
- Community engagement aligned with rural upliftment

Strategic Growth
- Strengthening institutional reputation
- Expanding programs and collaborations
- Leading NAAC/NIRF and quality accreditation processes
