Role Overview
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Support menu planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Expertise in Indian and Asian cuisines.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
