About the Role

We are actively looking for a US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in MSP/VMS hiring and working with public sector clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong sourcing & submission skills, this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
Work closely with Account Managers on requirements and submission timelines
Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder
Manage rate negotiation, compliance, and documentation
Maintain ATS updates and track submittals, interviews, and hires




Build strong pipelines for roles like Developers, QA, Data Engineers, PMs, BAs, ERP Consultants

What We're Looking For:
2 4 years of US IT Recruitment experience
Strong exposure to MSP/VMS model & public sector hiring
Good understanding of C2C, W2, 1099 employment types
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
