As a UI/UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process — from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and pixel-perfect delivery. You'll work in a quick-moving environment where your decisions have real, visible impact on real users. You are someone who can zoom out to see the system and zoom in to obsess over the details.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design from research to high-fidelity handoff
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Translate complex requirements into clean, elegant interfaces
- Build and maintain a scalable, consistent design system
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
- Present and defend design decisions with clarity and confidence
- Iterate rapidly based on data, feedback, and testing outcomes




- Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Contribute to team design culture, processes, and critique

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and craft
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (or equivalent)
- Experience working in agile product teams
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
