Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement IT strategies, goals, and policies in alignment with the company's objectives.
- Infrastructure Management: Administer and monitor the utilization, availability, and security of all IT infrastructure and systems, including networks (LAN, WAN), Windows and Linux servers
- Cybersecurity & Data Management:Ensure data security, integrity,



and backup systems are robust. Implement security measures, conduct audits, and develop disaster recovery plans to mitigate risks.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:Provide high-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:Oversee the IT team, which may include mentoring junior staff, evaluate performance, and foster a collaborative work environment

Skills:
- In depth knowledge of Windows server administration (AD, DHCP, FTP, DNS and Linux administration.
- Positive knowledge of Network administration switches and Firewall (FortiGate/Palo Alto)
- Backup administration (Veeam software)
- Disaster recovery planning.
- Server patching
- SOP document preparation and audit documentation.
- Asset inventory management
- End user support / user management
