Key Responsibilities
Handle purchase cycle: Indent → Quotation → PO → Delivery
Manage and negotiate with vendors
Ensure stock availability and avoid shortages
Maintain purchase records (PO, GRN, invoices)
Coordinate with departments (F&B;, Sports, Housekeeping, Maintenance)
Support accounts for vendor payments
KPI / Deliverables
Timely procurement
Cost savings
Vendor performance
Zero stock-out
Requirements:
Graduate (Commerce preferred)
2-5 year’s experience in purchase
Valuable negotiation & Excel skills
