The company's clientele includes Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds, Government organizations, AIFs, MNCs, Family offices, and High Net-worth Individuals in India and overseas. - General back office operational work like preparing and maintaining Synopsis for transaction and monitor event of occurrence for each current transaction.
- Coordinating with cross teams & branch offices and managing the work
- Co-ordination with different stake holder for execution with clients & signatories
- Invoice management
- Misc. issuance of correspondence with stake holder pertaining to deals.
- Coordination and List maintenance of documents custody
- Pledge and unpledged of share




- Other day to day work as instructed by the reporting manager.
- Maintaining the turnaround time for the requests/ issues raised by the customers
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and professionals as applicable
- Prepare a compliance list required as per transactions and sanction letter
- Follow-up and monitor pre and post compliance and covenants periodically
- Work on general compliance activities of the trustee transactions
- Any other work that may arise due to the on-going transaction
- Involves Occasional travel

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduation/ MBA (Finance domain)
- Experience: 2-3 years (Finance industry preferred)

Skills Required:
- Basic Finance Understanding
- Documentation & Attention to Detail
- MS Excel & MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
