Prepare and process invoices accurately as per company policies
- Handle billing activities with basic understanding of GST regulations and compliance:
- Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain records of invoices, dispatch documents, and transactions
- Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and billing details
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse, and internal teams
- Assist in basic accounting tasks and reconciliation
- Resolve billing or dispatch-related discrepancies
