Job Summary:
The IT Executive will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking systems, and CCTV operations. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations and provides technical support to all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network connections, switches, routers, and firewalls.:
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.:
- Manage and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and ensure proper recording and backup.:
- Perform routine checks on servers, network devices, and system backups.:
- Provide technical support to end-users for IT-related issues.:
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment, accessories, and software licenses.:
- Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware procurement, maintenance, and AMC.:
- Ensure data security, antivirus updates, and regular system maintenance.:
- Support installation and maintenance of printers, scanners,



and other peripherals.:
- Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.:
- 0-5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.:
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and network configuration.:
- Experience in CCTV setup, monitoring, and maintenance.:
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and office software.:
- Positive understanding of data backup and recovery processes.:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of server management and IT security tools.:
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
