About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and revenue growth
- Optimize campaigns based on CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Implement remarketing strategies and lookalike audiences
- Monitor campaign performance and manage daily/weekly budgets
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency
- Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager for tracking and insights
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creative optimization

Must-Have Skills




- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Robust understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
- Experience in conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics tools
- Knowledge of remarketing and audience segmentation
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets

Good to Have
- Experience in travel industry (Flights/Hotels/Holidays) preferred
- Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with landing page optimization tools
- Basic understanding of SEO and funnel marketing

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
