Job Title: Supervisor - Data Entry Operations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee a team of 20 to 30 Data Entry Operators. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining productivity levels, and coordinating with management for smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of 20-30 Data Entry Operators.
- Monitor daily data entry work and ensure accuracy and quality standards are maintained.
- Assign tasks and manage workload distribution among team members.
- Track team productivity and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Resolve basic operational issues and escalate major issues to management.
- Train and guide recent data entry operators.
- Ensure work is completed within given timelines.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Ensure discipline, attendance,



and smooth team coordination.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in data entry or related field.
- Good typing speed and data accuracy skills.
- Team handling and communication skills.
- Basic reporting and supervisory skills.

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 per month
Working Hours: 7 hours per day
